La muestra / The exhibition

 

El espacio expositivo se articula desde el orden que imponen los signos, las obras actuales -fotos, pinturas, videos y piezas digitales- parpadean en la misma frecuencia que los objetos del archivo -material gráfico argentino de la primera mitad del s. XX: revistas, libros y afiches de cine- todo se convierte en pensamiento presente, en una mente fractal que pulsa pasado y futuro en simultáneo. Del higienismo al fistfucking. 

 

The exhibition space is structured by the order imposed by signs. Contemporary works—photographs, paintings, videos, and digital pieces—flicker at the same frequency as the archival objects: Argentine graphic material from the first half of the twentieth century, including magazines, books, and film posters. Everything becomes present thought, a fractal mind pulsing past and future simultaneously. From hygienism to fistfucking.
